I think overall it was very nice. The only downfall was that you would have to walk very far to get to some stores. I think it was also very crowded which I know they can't do much about. But I do recommend going if you are free

Yes the mall will be open. I manage a store at that location and have not heard anything different about special hours other than the currently temporary reduced hours we are on (11-7 Monday - Saturday, 12-6 Sunday).
